在另一位編輯Jessica的推薦下,中國城裡好吃便宜的餐廳又多加一站!
說真的什麼是潮州小食? 我還真的不了解,就算現在已經吃過幾百回了卻還是不知道. 對我來說餐廳就只分為兩大類 – 好吃和難吃. 波記當然是屬於前者. 我最常點的菜色是金邊粿條與滷鴨,最近點過的新菜色為酸菜大腸飯與蝦捲都非常好吃. 如果一人進餐可以點一個麵或飯就可以吃飽,但如果多點人一起吃,就一定要點滷鴨. 他們的鴨跟廣東菜裡的烤鴨很不一樣,非常入味,非常鮮嫩多汁. 這道菜就連我不太吃肉的朋友都是每每必點.
