沿著曼哈頓河西公園邊一覽哈德遜河的寧靜之美, 東河上三大橋的經典建築結構設計以及豐富多元的紐約城市叢林. 夏天為鐵馬騎首選季節. 首先,到任何一家自行車店都可免費索取紐約各大區的自行車路線圖. 沿著曼哈頓島四周皆有鐵馬車道,除了在35st. east river到聯合國那段沒有開放. 建議可以從中央公園西邊86街開始沿著Hudson River一直往下騎到島的最南端(沿路很多河濱公園和風景可以欣賞休息)在沿著東河 East River到東邊,經過三大橋. 由南往北的順序會看到 Brooklyn bridge, Manhattan bridge, Williamsberg bridge (B.M.W.降又好記又不會忘記).
